A status page that updates itself

A status page should change when your service does, not when someone remembers to edit it. Asniher status pages show the monitors you choose, open and close incidents from real check results, and are included in every plan, Free too.

What you get with status pages

Live status from real checks

Overall status and each monitor's state come from the same checks that alert your team. Incidents appear when they open and clear when the monitor recovers.

90 days of uptime history

Each monitor shows a daily uptime bar for the last 90 days. Incident history lists the start time, duration and the root cause you recorded.

Your domain, automatic TLS

On Pro and Team, point a CNAME such as status.example.com at custom.asniher.com and click Verify. The certificate is issued and renewed for you.

A badge for your README and footer

Every public page has an SVG badge showing live status or 90-day uptime, for the whole page or for a single monitor.

Set it up in a few minutes

  1. Step 1

    Add the monitors to show

Website, API, SSL and heartbeat monitors can all appear on a status page.

  2. Step 2

    Create the page

Pick a name and a slug. The page goes live at https://<slug>.status.asniher.com.

  3. Step 3

    Choose what visitors see

Select the monitors to show and add a description, your logo and a link back to your website. Monitor URLs, headers and other configuration are never shown.

  4. Step 4

    Add your domain and badge

Point status.example.com at custom.asniher.com (Pro and Team) and embed the badge where customers look first.

Good to know

  • Incidents open and close automatically. You can add a root-cause note, but not post manual incident updates or scheduled maintenance.
  • Visitors cannot subscribe to email or SMS updates.
  • A page is either public or hidden. Password-protected or audience-specific pages are not offered.
  • A custom domain must be a subdomain with a CNAME record. On Cloudflare, set the record to DNS only.
  • Badges are cached for 60 seconds, so a status change can take up to a minute to appear.

Common questions

Is a status page included in the free plan?

Yes. Free includes 1 status page with a “Powered by Asniher” footer. Pro includes 3 and Team unlimited, both without the footer and with custom domains.

Do I have to update the page during an incident?

No. The incident appears when the monitor goes down and clears when it recovers. Afterwards, add a root-cause note; it shows in the incident history and in recovery alerts sent after it is set.

Can I show cron jobs on the status page?

Yes. Heartbeat monitors can be shown next to website, API and SSL monitors, so a failed nightly import is visible alongside the services it feeds.

Start monitoring in under five minutes

Free plan includes 5 monitors, 20 cron job heartbeats, 5-minute checks and a public status page. No card required.
